Vere ventured from Sint Maarten to the Dutch Caribbean island Curacao, and given his keen intuition, re-located to the Windward Islands and than to Hampton, VA to pursue one of his biggest passions: singing.
Though a bit timid at times, Vere instantly transforms into “Shiloh”: the “persona” that, once on stage, delivers an ardent performance each and every time without fail.
